7.2 Payment Methods

7.3 Billing

For subscription services, your account will be billed automatically according to the billing cycle you select at the time of purchase until you cancel your subscription. 8. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

8.1 Online Courses and Digital Products

For online courses, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course contentAccess to online courses and digital products will be revoked upon refundRefunds will be processed using the original payment method

8.2 In-Person Services

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refundCancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will not be refundedNo-shows will be charged the full service feeIn cases of emergency or illness (with documentation if requested), exceptions may be made at our discretionRescheduling is available with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge

8.3 Workshops

For workshops, cancellation and refund policies will be specified at the time of registrationGenerally, cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refundCancellations made within 7 days of the event may receive a partial refund or credit

9. USER CONTENT

9.1 User Contributions

Amalia Reeves is a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner, acupuncturist, and massage therapist with training in animal massage and acupuncture, but is not a licensed veterinarian.

The techniques, information, and services we provide are intended to complement, not replace, proper veterinary care. Always consult with a licensed veterinarian regarding your animal's health needs, especially before beginning any new wellness regimen or if your animal is experiencing health problems.
