APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

PAWS TO HEAL TOGETHER

Thank you for choosing Paws to Heal Together for your animal wellness needs. To ensure quality service for all clients, we maintain the following appointment cancellation policy. Please read it carefully, as making an appointment indicates your acceptance of these terms.

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.A valid credit card or payment method is required to reserve your appointment time.Appointment confirmations will be sent via email and/or text message.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For In-Person Services, and

Standard Appointments

More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund provided or reschedule at no additional chargeLess than 24 hours' notice: No refund provided; payment will be processed in fullNo-shows: Full payment will be processed, and no refund will be provided

Workshops and Group Sessions

More than 7 days' notice: Full refund provided3-7 days' notice: 50% refund providedLess than 3 days' notice: No refund providedNo-shows: No refund provided.

For Virtual Services, and

One-on-One Virtual Sessions

More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund provided or reschedule at no additional chargeLess than 24 hours' notice: No refund provided; payment will be processed in fullNo-shows: Full payment will be processed, and no refund will be provided

Virtual Workshops and Group Sessions

More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund providedLess than 48 hours' notice: No refund providedNo-shows: No refund provided; no access to recording (if applicable)

RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge.Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation (see policy above).Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of two times before requiring a new booking.All rescheduled appointments are subject to availability.

LATENESS POLICY

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a full session.If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients.If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and this will be considered a no-show according to our cancellation policy.

EMERGENCY EXCEPTIONS

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In case of:

Medical emergencies (human or animal)

Sudden illness

Bereavement

Natural disasters

Other unforeseen emergencies

Please contact us as soon as possible. We may request documentation to verify the emergency situation. In verified emergency situations, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment without penalty or provide a refund as appropriate.

INSTRUCTOR CANCELLATION

In the rare event that we need to cancel an appointment due to instructor illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:

You will be notified as soon as possibleYou will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional chargeIf appropriate, you may be offered a discount on your next booking

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

For in-person appointments:

We may reschedule appointments due to severe weather conditions that make travel unsafeWe will notify you as soon as possible if we need to rescheduleNo cancellation fee will be charged in cases of severe weather

RECURRING APPOINTMENTS

For clients with recurring appointments:

The same cancellation policy applies to each individual appointmentPlease provide at least 7 days' notice if you wish to cancel a recurring appointment series

PAYMENT REFUND PROCESSING

When refunds are issued:

Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 3-10 business days)

Confirmation of refund will be sent via email
